Most importantly, we help you surround yourself with what brings you joy—keeping what you love and editing out the rest—so your home becomes the place you never want to leave.

 

HOURLY DESIGN CONSULTATION

$225 PER HOUR

Our à la carte design services. Wendy will begin with a complimentary phone conversation, up to 10 minutes, to discuss your needs and see if we are a good fit for collaborating with you. The consulting time can be spent as you like, whether that be:

  • an on-site visit editing what you already have for decor

  • e-design for clients who prefer to work online

  • shopping trip for new furnishings and accessories

  • collaborating on online shopping, providing links to selections

  • materials selection, such as paint color, flooring, tile, lighting, etc.

  • interior architecture advice, such as wall textures

  • reviewing of design or building plans

  • furniture placement or staging

  • shopping your own home

  • interior styling

From vision to execution, Tim and Wendy work together to bring your dream home to life. They’ll meet with you to understand your goals, budget, and project scope, then guide you through every step of the design process.

Wendy leads the creative direction—developing mood boards, sketches, and inspiration boards while curating finishes like lighting, tile, flooring, fixtures, furniture, textiles, and accessories to complete your space.

Tim brings a construction-savvy perspective, collaborating with your contractor to ensure the design is executed with precision and quality. You get the freedom to choose your builder—with the added value of our hands-on design expertise throughout the process.

Currently, we only do complete design-build projects on our own properties that later come to market. You can follow along on our socials!
